Welcome to our B&B and penthouse in the Green Heart of the Netherlands.
We are situated in the old city-centre of Leiden (B&B Residence 102) and in the city centre of Alphen aan den Rijn (Op het Zuiden penthouse).
We offer you two totally different locations.Both locations are very centrally located between the 4 major cities of the Netherland (Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht) and only 20 minutes from the airport.
Op het Zuiden Leiden is situated in a beautiful old house overlooking the famous canals. It is in the city-centre. Walking out the front door you will find restaurants, terraces, canals and shops.
Our B&B Leiden was built in 1605, renovated in 1998. Old details (e.g the rafters) are still visible. It is decorated in traditional style with eye for the history of the house. Free parking at 500 meters or paid (2,00/hour or 12,00/day) in front of the house.

Op het Zuiden Alphen aan den Rijn is a penthouse. It is light, modern, deluxe, special. Look at the lounge, the beautiful kitchen, roofterrace of 70 m2, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 convenient bedrooms.
It is located in the city center, free parking in front of the building and at walking distance from theatre, restaurants, shops and cinema.
